KEY DATES FOR 2024

Welcome back to 2024 - what a year we have ahead!

The 2024 Red Heavies season will kick off with our Launch Breakfast on Friday 22nd March at the Emporium Hotel, with Round 1 locked in for an away game at Wests after Easter.

Our Old Boys / Girls Day will once again to staged when we take on the old foe, Brothers in Round 4 at St Lucia on Sat 27th April.

Our Annual Corporate Test Match Lunch will be staged on the eve of the Wallabies v South Africa match at Suncorp Stadium. The lunch will be held on Friday 9th August at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.

PHIL WAUGH TO FEATURE IN SEASON OPENER

The Red Heavies have secured Rugby Australia CEO and former Wallaby, Phil Waugh to be their guest speaker at their Season Lunch Breakfast presented by Morgans.

The Breakfast will be staged on Friday 22nd March at the Emporium Hotel.

Phil will provide an overview of where rugby in heading as we head into some amazing global events including the British & Irish Lions Tour, Men's and Women's Rugby World Cups and the 2032 Games.

NEW UQ RUGBY MERCHANDISE

Some great new merchandise items have hit the Red Heavies Shop.

These include a new Indigenous Training Tee, maroon Rugby Singlet, 1/4 zip fleece jumper, crew socks (black and white), white and marle supporter tee, stubby cooler, boot bag and new supporter polo (sky Blue Collar).
